Alexander Paschka · AI Systems Architect & Strategic Operator

The gap between what your organization is capable of and what it's actually doing.

That's where I work.

WHO I AM

I read organizations the way a record producer reads a session. I hear what's missing, name what's structurally broken, and design the conditions for it to work. That's been true for twenty years: art museums, radio stations, design consultancies, commercial real estate.

What changed in 2026 is that I built a system to do it at scale.

AJAI is that system: a custom multi-layer AI operations stack running across thirty-plus active project domains, combining local LLM orchestration with cloud-based agentic workflows. I built it for my own studio, then deployed the same methodology inside my clients’ companies. Per-entity knowledge bases. Autonomous intelligence pipelines. Document systems that non-technical staff can use without production dependencies.

The question I design everything to answer:
does it play without the producer in the room?

WHAT I BUILD

AI Transformation Operating Plans
A methodology for AI adoption across the organization. Defined roles. Tooling. Governance. A sequenced rollout built for how things actually work, not for a case study. The output is a system your team can run without a consultant in the room.

Institutional Knowledge Architecture
Every founder-led company has the same problem: one person whose knowledge lives in their head, not in the organization. I build knowledge bases that capture it at the entity level, make it searchable, and put it in front of whoever needs it next.

Autonomous Intelligence Systems
The model: a system that monitors your business signals, ranks by importance, writes summaries, and delivers to a private URL on a schedule. Built once. Runs without ongoing effort. The output arrives whether you're in the room or not.

WHY IT WORKS

The background is the point. Twenty years getting disagreeing people to make something that works. Facilitating discovery until the real problem appears. Turning raw research into roadmaps skeptical teams will follow. Designing brand, interface, and workflow together — the same problem in different clothes. Building frameworks that survive contact with organizations new to them. Selling face-to-face, where relationships close deals, not decks. Negotiating systems when operators disagree.

That experience is the credential. Frameworks only matter if the room can use them; I've spent twenty years in rooms that didn't agree, yet still left with something that worked.

Paschka Studio serves businesses doing work worth talking about — creative firms, built-environment companies, founders making something real. I build maps to success from what is possible.

Built and deployed:

AJAI: thirty-plus project domains running under one system, four autonomous agent roles handling routing and review, a hybrid local/cloud AI stack that keeps cost near zero for anything that doesn't need the expensive model. This is the same architecture a client's AI transformation actually needs — already running in production, on my own business, every day.

Signal Harmonics: a live data intelligence tool, open source. Proof the strategy turns into shipped software, not just a deck.

Signal Brief: autonomous market intelligence delivery. Built once. Runs on a schedule, indefinitely, without me touching it again. This is the model I build toward for clients too — a system that keeps producing value after the person who built it stops showing up.

…and so much more. Enough about me…
